1. No-Refund Policy
All purchases made on SubtrackAI are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase of any credit pack (Starter, Pro, or Premium), you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, whether in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations or images.
- Failure to use purchased credits before deciding you no longer need the Service.
- Changes in personal preferences, circumstances, or requirements.
- Purchasing a credit pack by mistake or selecting the wrong tier.
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Content Policy.
- Technical issues on your end, including but not limited to device compatibility, internet connectivity, or browser incompatibility.
2. Nature of the Service
SubtrackAI provides AI-powered digital services that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Credit packs grant immediate access to outfit recommendation credits. Because the Service involves the consumption of computational resources (AI processing, image generation, and cloud infrastructure) at the time of each recommendation, refunds are not feasible once a purchase has been completed.
3. Free Tier
We offer a free tier with a limited number of recommendations so that users can evaluate the Service before making any purchase. We strongly encourage all users to fully explore the free tier and assess whether the Service meets their expectations prior to purchasing any credit pack.
4. Credit Pack Terms
- Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Credits do not expire and remain available for use as long as your account is active and in good standing.
- Unused credits from a suspended or terminated account (due to policy violations) are forfeited and not eligible for refund.
- Credit packs cannot be downgraded, exchanged, or converted to cash or any other form of credit.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a verified technical issue on our end that prevents delivery of the Service (such as a platform-wide outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours), we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, offer affected users additional credits as a goodwill gesture. This does not constitute a refund and is not guaranteed. Any such decision is final and not subject to appeal.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to immediately suspend access to your account and forfeit all remaining credits in the event of a chargeback or unauthorized payment dispute. We will provide all relevant transaction records and proof of service delivery to contest any such disputes.
